Tasting is subjective and personal; however, after some groupal tastings the following features are characteristic of our Vetusta Vendimia Seleccionada 2009:
Burgundy: Red with medium-high intensity, bright and clean.
Nose: Seductive perfumes to woods and minerals with black fruits like plum, blackberries and black cherry; afterwards, it gives toffee, cacao, vanilla and spices nuances.
Palate: First it is sweet, soft, with big concentration on fruits and Woods, then it reminds us to liquorice, coconut, vanilla, well balance in volume and body and perfect harmony of acidity and alcohol.
Pairing: Specially appropriated for roast lamb, red meats and game meat
